Francesco Muntoni

Francesco Muntoni, founder of Cardedu-Kayak (est. 2003), is a FICK-qualified kayak instructor with decades of experience leading excursions along Sardinia's coast. An equally accomplished MTB instructor with over 25 years in the field, he guides tours across the island's diverse landscapes. His deep knowledge of Sardinia's trails is also shared in a published guidebook featuring selected routes across the island.

Marjolein Shiamatey

Holding a Master's in Physics (Science, Business, and Innovation) from VU Amsterdam, she built a solar start-up in West Africa and contributed to a Stanford spin-off focused on regenerative villages (a project featured in "The Energy Pioneers"). Currently managing digital marketing agencies at Google amidst the ongoing AI evolution, she also creates and leads workshops that integrate insights from Vipassana practice with her experience as a Yoga and Kundalini teacher.

Founded by Marjolein, a tech leader and mindfulness practitioner from Google, and Francesco, a seasoned outdoor guide and naturalist, they illuminate a path to mindfully integrate AI and technology for a balanced and purposeful life.
